   All Instrumental Students  Mr. King and Mr. Belluz  Music Lesson Schedules are posted on the bulletin board in the Performing Arts Precinct. Be sure to check you time and get a LESSON STAMP in your record book. 
10  English C  Miss Jones  Please go to the library in period 4 for your lesson today. 
10,11,12  Open Boys Touch  Mr O'Driscoll  There is a meeting today at afternoon tea in C25 to discuss this weeks game. Bring your afternoon tea with you; it will only be a brief meeting.  
10'11&12  Confraternity Rugby League players  Mr Cunningham  Training tomorrow morning at 7:30 meet in the Sports Centre. Wear sports shoes please. Anyone who cant attend please see me today.  
10-12  Open Cricket  Mr Cameron, Mr Hoskins  Could all boys who signed on to Open Cricket meet in C6 at 11.45am on Monday (6/2)to organise the team for the first game on Wednesday.

11  Mrs Challen's 11 Vet Hospo class   Mrs Challen  Please let your PC teachers know that you will be with me for the Liturgy today. We will meet outside the sports centre so we can attend the first half before moving to the PAP ready to serve.

11-12  Senior girls volleyball team  Miss Jones  Girls, a reminder that you game is this Wednesday and you need to be at training from 7am this Wednesday morning 8th Feb. Your game is also on that afternoon and you need to be at dressed, ready and at the sports centre by 4:30pm that afternoon. If you cannot make the training session or the game please see Miss Jones asap. 
12  non-OP students  K Nelson  A reminder: anyone thinking of returning a Memorandum of Understanding relating to the QCS Test must do so by Tuesday is they wish to be exampted from the practice session. 
12  Open Boys Volleyball  Mr Gills  Meeting at afternoon tea TODAY in C23. Please attend if you want to play this week. We will have a training run Wednesday Morning from 7:15pm in the Sports Centre. Thanks 
12  Year 12s  Mrs O'Shea-Hard  Please move to your House Leader and sit parallel to the wall between tuckshop and uniform shop, when the bell goes at 11:15am. I will have your House name written in chalk for you to sit behind. Also...remember if you have a reader or leader beside you, make sure they have a seat left for them. Reserved signs will be in place.  
12  Year 12 Girls  Mrs. O'Shea-Hard  Girls, please make sure you can tie your tie before Liturgy today. 
12  All  Mr Taylor  The timetable and equipment required for Friday's trial QCS Test will be posted on House noticeboards and the College website from today. Please check that you have the necessary equipment for each session and note the start and finish times for the day. All Year 12 students (with the exception of those who have completed and submitted an MoU) must be in attendance and sit the trial this Friday.

8  Mixed Touch  Mr Roelofs and Mrs Bath  There is a meeting today in C17 at the beginning of lunch, you may bring your lunch. 
8 - 12  SOFTBALL  MR BOND  Can all school softball players please attend a meeting in room C19 at afternoon tea today (Monday). The player info will be given so all players must attend. If you are not able to get to this meeting then please contact Mr. Bond. 
8 and 9  Yr8 & 9  Mrs moller  Could all the girls in year 8 and 9 who put their name down for surfing this term please collect an information form from mrs moller today. 
8,9  U15 CRICKET  Mr Hoskins  The team for this week's game is on the Sports Noticeboard near C22. If you are unable to make the game you must contact Mr Hoskins so a replacement can be found. 
8-12  Tennis Teams   Ms Kelly  Would Junior and Senior Tennis teams, both girls and boys, please come to a meeting on Monday 11.45 in the library? 
All  Music performing groups  Mrs Edgar  Could ALL students who have not returned their enrolment form please do as soon as possible. Students, particularly in yrs 9-12 who did not receive a form MUST do so to ensure you are kept 'in the loop'. 
All  Sport  Mr Gills  Any studnet that gains selection in rep teams or competes at a State/National championships, there is a grant application that is available to you to cover costs of your trip. The details and web address are up on the Sports noice board outside C22. Thanks 
ALL  Rugby Union  Mr. West  Any students interested in playing Rugby Union in Under 13, Under 15 or Open teams please see Mr. West C22. Any students in years 10,11 or 12 wishing to attend the FREE Smart Rugby course in the Shalom Sports Centre next Tuesday night please advise Mr. West.

All  Surfing  Mr Bainbridge  First week of surfing is at KSHS pool, 4:00 for a surf survival course... mandatory to complete... bring a pen and swimming clothes... board not required. Boys who did not turn up for Friday meeting and havnt see me before Wednesday... I will assume you are no longer interested.

All  Bundy District Summer Sport Trials  Mr Gills  Any student wishing to trial for a Bundy Rep team for Summer Sports (Softball, Surfing, Tennis, Touch Football, Cricket, Golf, Volleyball, Squash) need to collect a medical/permission form from Mr Gills/Mr West ASAP. Trials will be held this afternoon after school. You need to wear your SPORTS UNIFORM to the trials. Thanks

All  Students     You need to be very careful with your I Pads & laptops. With the I Pads please do not walk around/to & from classes with them open & still using them. Pack them away in the case. They are expensive items & need to be treated with great care. You are not permitted to send messages to friends in class time, nor are you allowed to take photos at all.

All  All  MrTaylor  It is expected that timetables will be re-issued for most year levels this Wednesday during PC. While year levels most effected will be Years 10 to 12, all students should be prepared for changes. The new timetable will take effect from this Thursday (Day V).
