The Shalom Maths Club will re-commence this Thursday (Day 7) for 2012. This year we will meet once per cycle on Day 7, rather than once per week. All students interested in representing the school in the Bundaberg Maths Team Challenge, the Australian Mathematics Competition, and the Year 8 Maths Team Challenge are encouraged to attend Maths Club. The main aim of Maths Club for the first part of the year will be preparation for these competitions, under the mentoring of Year 12 Maths C students. Maths Club will be held in C33 at lunch-time. You can bring your lunch. Don't forget that attendance earns points towards your Maths Club badge!

If you wish to nominate for either or both of the competitions please return the permission slip/s and nomination fees to the office by the 30th March
